1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Bitch Pleaze online shop.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products and Contract Conclusion

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer.

A contract is concluded once the order is confirmed via email.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in CHF.

Payment is processed via the payment methods provided in the shop (e.g. credit card, TWINT, PayPal).

Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is limited to Switzerland.

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Bitch Pleaze is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

7. Returns and Refunds (Merchandise)

Customers may return unused and unworn products within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Sale items or damaged/used items are excluded from returns.

Refunds are issued after inspection of returned goods.

8. Liability

Bitch Pleaze is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior.

Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Events and Tickets

Bitch Pleaze organizes and promotes events. Ticket sales may be handled either through third-party providers or directly via the online shop.

a) Ticket sales via third-party providers

For tickets purchased through external platforms, the terms and conditions of the respective provider apply.

b) Ticket sales via the online shop (if offered)

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

In the event of cancellation, the ticket price will be refunded.

In the case of rescheduling, tickets remain valid for the new date.

Any further claims (including travel, accommodation, or other costs) are excluded.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies.

The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.

12. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
